Adam Lloyd is a fantastic realtor and a super level headed and nice guy. My first experience with a realtor was not great. I ended up buying an obviously leaky condo. Less than 1 year later, a levy for 98000. Needless to say, I didn’t trust realtors after that. We survived that difficult time somehow and decided it was time to move on to the next best place. My wife and I did some research and talked to a couple realtors. The first realtor promised a quick sale and a big sale price. Then we talked to Adam. The price wasn’t as good as the last realtor and he said my floors weren’t that great. Honesty was what got me. We chose to use Adam and the place sold within the 10000 window he said it would. The other realtor lady would never have sold the place for what she promised. Then we came to our next place to buy. Adam was ruthless in the negotiations and we closed the deal 30000 less than the list price. Two years later, we sold that house for 160000 profit and got into a place I never thought we could afford. List price was 725000 in a hot market! We got it for 700000. 4 years later, it is worth about 1200000! 500000 profit! Adam is an amazing realtor and if you choose to use him for buying or selling, you will not regret anything. He has got your back 100%! We are thinking of selling soon and buying some acreage. Adam is the man I will always call! Do yourself a favour and give him a call!
